For employees, the lawful basis for processing is based upon your contract of employment.

For ex-employees, the lawful basis for processing is based upon out legitimate interest in the data, for the lawful period that we need to retain it, prior to secure destruction

For those with whom no contract exists, we use your data with your specific consent

We collect the information you enter via the website forms, and as stated above, by automated means such as cookies.
